The Helpful Coach specialises in helping people move through the pain of loss using an evidence-based, action-oriented grief program called The Grief Recovery Method®.

Alongside The Grief Recovery Method®, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is one of the main tools used by The Helpful Coach to understand each experience.

How you think (Neuro), how you communicate (Linguistic), and your patterns of behaviour, including feelings and emotions (Programming), interact with each other to bring about the results that you experience today.
